The Busonera hospital is located in Via Gattamelata 64, in the hospital area of the city, and can be reached by following the signs for the city center and the hospital. From the A4 Milano-Venezia motorway, we recommend exiting at Padova Est; from the A13 Bologna-Padova motorway, we recommend exiting at Padova Sud. If you have a navigator, use the following GPS coordinates: Lat. 45 ° 24’09.8 “N, Long. 11 ° 53’31.9 “E, corresponding to via Gattamelata 64.

Parking area

The Busonera hospital parking lot is reserved for patients going to outpatient treatment clinics and to the day hospital. Parking is allowed only for the time necessary for treatment. On the right side of the Busonera hospital, with access from Via Gattamelata, there is a paid car park, open 24 hours a day. The parking lots are not guarded.

Train and bus

Urban and extra-urban bus lines connect the train station and the nearby bus station to the hospital area. Trip time is about 10 minutes. There are precise indications at the stations.
You need to get off at the stops “via Gattamelata / park” or “via Giustiniani /pronto soccorso” (emergency room).

The Radiotherapy building is located inside the hospital area and is accessible by car from Via Giustiniani 2 (entrance to the Hospital). It can be reached by car following the signs for the city center and the hospital. From the A4 Milano-Venezia motorway, we recommend exiting at PadovaEst; from the A13 Bologna-Padova motorway, we recommend exiting at PadovaSud. If you have a navigator, use the following GPS coordinates: Lat. 45 ° 24’12.1 “N, Long 11 ° 53’16.1” E, corresponding to via Giustiniani, 2.

Parking area

In front of the Radiotherapy building, there is a small parking lot. However, it may difficult to find a parking place here as well as the entire Hospital area. Other parking – paid and free – are available in the adjacent streets. In particular, in via Gattamelata, next to the Busonera hospital, there is a paid car park, open 24 hours a day. The Radiotherapy building can also be accessed from the pedestrian entrances in Via Ospedale and Via Vincenzo Gallucci.

Palazzo Santo Stefano, main offices of the Scientific Directorate, Administrative Management and some staff services, is located in piazza Antenore 3, in the historical city center of Padua. Being located within the restricted traffic area, controlled by electronic gates, it is reachable – by those who do not have the necessary transit permits – only on foot and by public transport.

From the train and bus stations, the easiest way to get to Palazzo Santo Stefano is bytram (Direction CapolineaSud – Guizza), getting off at the “Ponti Romani” or “Tito Livio” stops. Otherwise, you can take one of the buses that goes through the Riviera Ponti Romani, and get off at the “Ponti Romani / Pam” stop, or that goes through the Riviera Tito Livio, and get off at the “Tito Livio” stop.

The San Giacomo Hospital is located north-west of the Castelfranco Veneto castle; access is from via deiCarpani 16 / Z. To avoid the historical city center, it is advisable to use the East / West ring roads and follow the signs to the hospital. The Ospedali Riuniti Padova Sud in Schiavonia is located south-west of Monselice, at the intersection of the SR10var and the Sp8, with access from both roads. From the A13 Bologna-Padova motorway we recommend exiting at Monselice, then follow the signs to the hospital. The IOV Radiotherapy Unit has a reserved parking area at the back of the hospital. At the first roundabout, keep right and, with the building on your right, follow the perimeter until you reach the Radiotherapy Unit entrance.

The hospital in Schiavonia is served by several bus lines of the extra-urban service of Padua, which also connects with the train station of Monselice (Padua-Bologna and Padua-Legnago lines).
